finnish sniper: winter war
My name is Vilho Lagus, a sergeant minor in the Finnish army. I was born in 1910 in the small village of Inari in northan Finland. In my youth, I was an avid hunter and my superiors thought it suitable that I be a sharp shooter. When the war broke out in Nov, 1939 they put me to use. I found through the Winter War and then the Continuation War from 1941 to 1944.For sharpshooting, I use a Soviet Mosin-Nagant 1891 because it's accurate and plentiful. I also carry a German Bergmann MP18, just in case the Red dogs get too close for comfort.
